Mirza Mansoor Ali Baig is a highly analytical and creative Security Engineer with a passion for solving complex problems from multiple perspectives. He has gained extensive knowledge in various technologies during his professional, internship, and academic experience, as well as personal projects. Mirza is a practical thinker who values hands-on experience over theory and is always eager to learn and grow. Mirza's expertise lies in ITSM and Continuous Integration (CI) tools, Front-End Development Technologies, Security Tools, Database and Operating Systems, Programming/Scripting, and Security Technologies. He is well-versed in Web Application Penetration Testing (Bug Bounty Hunting), OWASP Top 10 and Social Engineering attacks, Network/Malware Analysis and Incident Response, Web Security, EDRM (Forensic), IDS/IPF and WAF. Currently working as a Security Analyst at ServiceNow, Mirza is part of the Threat Defense and Response team, where he is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and debugging Java, JavaScript, AngularJS, XML, and MySQL code. He has also worked as a Technical Support Engineer at ServiceNow, where he was a subject matter expert for SecOps Product- VR/SIR, GRC Product, CSM, ITSM Suite - Service Catalog/Walk-up, and Process Automation Product- Workflows/Approvals & Flow Designer on the ServiceNow platform. Mirza has a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology from Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering. He is proficient in Web, SQL, Frontend, Javascript, MySQL, Java, CI/CD, PHP, Jenkins, Integration, designer, Research Scientist, ui, Python, and Mobile. Mirza is a highly motivated individual who is always willing to go the extra mile to achieve his goals. He is an extrovert who enjoys working collaboratively with team members, project/delivery managers, and other technical teams to learn about project updates and requirements and to work on them. Mirza currently holds a Stamp 1 Critical Skills Work Permit Visa.
